IMED Relocating to Memorial Health Center

Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Industrial Medicine – IMED office is seeing patients at their new location in Memorial Health Center at 695 West Second Street in Jasper (across from IGA®).

Industrial Medicine – IMED specializes in Workers’ Compensation injury care, worksite immunizations, physical exams including FAA, Executive, DOT, Post-Offer, Respiratory and HazMat, vision screening, pulmonary function testing and substance abuse screening including urine, hair and breath alcohol.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call IMED at 812-996-5750. Office hours are Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hours will be extended to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays beginning February 7, 2014.
