IDEM hosting public hearing on Dubois County Regional Sewer District

The Dubois County Commissioners have petitioned the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) for an order establishing a Regional Sewer District to be known has the Dubois County Regional Sewer District (RSD).

A public hearing will be held on January 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. (local time), at Vincennes University Jasper CTIM Building Theater, 850 Collage Ave, Jasper, IN 47546, to receive public comments on said Petition. IDEM will accept written comments on the petition until February 8, 2024, at the following address:
