Huntingburg to Celebrate a 175 years with Comedian Tim Cavanagh

Tim Cavanagh will entertain at the kick off celebration of Huntingburg’s 175th Anniversary.

Huntingburg will be having its 175th Anniversary Celebration Kick-off on July 13th at the Huntingburg Event Center.

This is going to be a special, fun-filled evening with a progress update sprinkled in and you are invited to attend this once in a lifetime event. Here are some of the activities for the evening:

  • Doors Open at 6:00 pm with cash bar available.
  • Dinner, catered by the Schnitzelbank, beginning at 6:30 pm.
  • State of the City Address by Mayor Denny Spinner.
  • DVD presentation featuring photos from the past and the present. Copies of the DVD will be available for a modest amount.
  • Tim Cavanagh, a comedian, from Chicago will entertain us.

Tim Cavanagh, a regular guest on “The Bob & Tom Show” and best known for his humorous songs, will serve as the entertainment for the event. This celebration kick-off event will be held from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at the Huntingburg Event Center at 110 E. 14th Street in Huntingburg on July 13th.

Dinner will be served promptly at 6:30 pm by the Schnitzelbank. The menu will be Sliced Smoke Pork Loin-Lemon Herbed, Hawaiian BBQ Boneless Chicken Breast, Garden Salad with assorted dressings, Homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Green Beans, & Assorted Pies.

Ticket for the celebration kick-off event will be $15 and are available at all Huntingburg Banking locations, Huntingburg City Office, and the Huntingburg Chamber Office starting June 25th. For more information, please contact the Chamber office at (812) 683-5699.
