Holland Marshal arrests man for child molestation

Holland – Cristobal Chavez was arrested on Tuesday for child molestation (Class A felony) on a warrant from the Dubois County Circuit Court.

An investigation was conducted by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department, Department of Child Services and the town marshal after allegations that 24-year-old Chavez had sexual conduct with a victim under 14 years old.

Chavez was arrested at work and booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
