Hoffman promoted to president of Paoli LLC.

Jasper resident Mona Hoffman has been promoted to president of Paoli, LLC.

HNI Corporation announced Hoffman’s promotion to the position of President, Paoli LLC. located in Orleans, effective January 22. She replaces Brandon Sieben who has accepted a new executive position within HNI in Muscatine, Iowa.

Hoffman joined Paoli in 2012, as vice president of marketing. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in the office furniture industry holding executive-level positions in sales, marketing, branding, and product management for The Jasper Group and Kimball International.

Hoffman resides in Jasper with her husband Bert. Her daughter, Calley, lives in Denver, Colo.

Sandy Horton of Huntingburg was promoted to vice president of marketing to replace Hoffman. Sandy has held various positions in sales and product development for Kimball International and Master Brand Cabinets before joining Paoli in 2012 as director of market requirements.

Horton resides in Huntingburg with her husband Keith. She has two daughters, Brittany and Keshia who live in Nashville, Tenn., and a daughter, Nicaya, in New Albany. She also has three grandchildren.

Paoli is an office furniture manufacturer and operating company of HNI Corporation, the second-largest office furniture manufacturer in North America.
