Helen Louise Harvey, 90
Helen Louise Harvey, age 90, of Huntingburg, passed away at 3:53 a.m., Friday, January 20, 2012 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born November 1, 1921 in Zoar, Indiana to Harvey and Corella (Meyer) Kamman. She was united in marriage to Milton W. Harvey on March 27, 1947 in Georgia. Helen was a homemaker and a member of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. In her youth Helen worked at the Harvey-Kamman Store formerly located in Zoar. With fond memories, the surviving Harvey and Kamman siblings proudly donated the store’s historic Huckster Wagon, originally used for home deliveries, to the Dubois County Museum.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Milton W. Harvey, who died February 7, 2002; and two brothers, Paul Kamman and Arvel Kamman.

Two sons and two daughter-in-laws,

- Don (Diana) Harvey, M.D. – Sarasota, FL
One sister, Marian Wiseman – Whiteland, IN
and two grandsons,
- Michael Harvey – Sarasota, FL
- Kevin Harvey – Sarasota, FL
Funeral services for Helen L. Harvey will be held at 11:00 a.m., E.S.T., on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Barrett Cemetery near Stendal. The Rev. Paula Mayberry and Rev. Joe Kamman will officiate the services.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 4:00-8:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Huntingburg United Methodist Church.
