Helen L. Buechler, age 78, of St. Anthony, passed away at 9:39 a.m. on Sunday (June 23, 2013) at home.
Helen was born on August 10, 1934 in Schnellville, Indiana to Matt and Frances (Prechtel) Lueken. She married Ralph L. Buechler on June 22, 1957 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Schnellville, Indiana.
She was a homemaker, a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and member of the St. Anthony Christian Mothers.
She was a loving wife and mother whose life revolved around her family.
She enjoyed quilting, cooking, and her flower garden.

Preceding her in death was one sister, Ardella Weyer, and four brothers, Othmar, Ollie, Edwin, and Robert Lueken, and one son-in-law, Mark Mehling.
Funeral services for Helen Buecher will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday (June 26, 2013) at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in St. Anthony, Indiana, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday (June 25, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, and one hour before services at the church.
