Helen G. Watson, age 73 of Jasper and formerly of Brooklyn New York passed away at 1:25 a.m. Sunday (October 7, 2012) in Brookside Village in Jasper.

She was born Brooklyn New York November 9, 1938 to Walter and Helen (Sweeney) Frederick. She married James Watson May 6, 1961 in New York.

Helen retired as a bookkeeper for a construction Company.

She is a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper, German Club and Dubois County New Comers Club and involved in actives at the Habig Center in Jasper.

One daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Heather) McGrael, Destin, FL

Son, Tom Watson and spouse LaDonna, Jasper, IN

Four grandchildren.

Private services were held at the Becher-Kluesner Funeral Homes in Jasper, with entombment to take place at a later date in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum.
