Health Department hosting late night vaccine clinic

The Dubois County Health Department will be holding a special late-night clinic to help accommodate anyone needing routine vaccinations or wanting the COVID-19 or flu vaccine.

The clinic will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. (no appointment needed). The clinic is at the Dubois County Health Department office at 1187 South Saint Charles Street, Jasper.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Anyone 12 and older may utilize the DRIVE-THRU for flu and COVID-19 only. Follow the signs to the northside parking lot.  Anyone under 12 must come inside the building to obtain their vaccinations. 

Please have ID, insurance cards, and COVID-19 vaccination card available.

Clínica De Vacunas Abierta Hasta Tarde

El Departamento de Salud del Condado de Dubois llevara a cabo una clínica especial abierta hasta tarde para ayudar a acomodar a cualquier persona que necesite vacunas de rutina o que desee la vacuna COVID-19 o contra la gripe.

Fecha: Miércoles, 2 de Noviembre del 2022

Hora: 3:30 PM hasta 6:00 PM (NO SE NECESITA CITA)

AVISO IMPORTANTE: Cualquier persona mayor de 12 años puede utilizar el DRIVE-THRU solo para vacunas de COVID-19 o contra la gripe. Siga las señales hacia el estacionamiento del lado norte. Cualquier persona menor de 12 años debe ingresar al edificio para obtener sus vacunas. 

Tenga a mano su identificación, tarjetas de seguro médico y tarjeta de vacunación del COVID-19.
