Harold Anthony Buechler, 77
Harold Anthony Buechler, age 77, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.
He was born July 4, 1936 in Celestine, Indiana to Arthur and Minnie (Fischer) Buechler.
He was united in marriage to Ruthie Hanebutt on November 19, 1955 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg.
Harold was a retired cabinet maker for JOFCO. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Y.M.I. Club and a life-member of the Celestine Community Club.
Harold enjoyed pitching horse shoes, playing cards, fishing, participating in local softball and baseball leagues when he was younger, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals and I.U. sports.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; and one brother who died in infancy, Charles Buechler.

Funeral services for Harold Buechler will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Friday. A parish rosary prayer service followed by a Y.M.I. memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
