Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County celebrating 22nd home completion

The public is invited to celebrate the 22nd home built by Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County this Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, at 10 a.m.

Habitat will hand the Jacques family the keys to their new home located at 4075 W. 450 S. in St. Anthony, built by local volunteers and family and friends of the Jacques.

This special event recognizes the hard work, partnership, and community support that made this dream possible.

Qualified Habitat families participate in building their homes, volunteering hours and recruiting volunteers to reduce construction costs. Once complete, the family takes on a zero-interest mortgage for the new home.
