Grace Evelyn Cooper, 89, French Lick

Grace Evelyn Cooper, 89, of French Lick, entered eternal rest on February 26th, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society, Jasper, Indiana.

She was born in Orange County, Indiana on February 7, 1932, to James E. Phillips and Tlitha E. (Phillips) Phillips.

Evelyn married Kenneth L. Cooper on January 4, 1947, and he preceded her in death on August 16, 2008.

Evelyn was a homemaker, attended Victory Baptist Church, was a 39-year member of Dubois Homemakers Club and a member of the French Lick Senior Citizens.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son; one brother; five sisters.

Evelyn is survived by one son, Donald W. Cooper (Annette) of French Lick; three daughters, Madonna K. Blake (Ken) of Bristow, Karen Land (Eddie) of Dubois, and Tamara Tucker (Karl) of English; one sister, Janet Brown of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 2, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
