Gas station planned for Jasper’s north side

A new Fast Track gas station is expected to open later this year on Jasper’s north side.

Operated by Raj Singh, the new station will be located just south of Applebee’s at the former BR Associates/SERVUS office building, 4201 Mannheim Road.

The new station is expected to open later this summer.

The Jasper Planning Commission approved rezoning the property from a B1 (Neighborhood business) to a B3 (General Business) at the February meeting. On Wednesday, Feb. 22, the Jasper Common Council will consider the rezoning request during its regular meeting.

Singh also operates Marathon gas stations in Huntingburg, Washington, Princeton and Oakland City.
