Gary G. Heiple, 73, Petersburg

Gary G. Heiple, 73, of Petersburg, passed away on November 10, 2023, in Evansville.

He was born June 7, 1950, to Isaac and Madge (Disney) Heiple in Washington, Ind.

He worked as a truck driver. He was a proud member of the Petersburg VFW Post # 3587 and the Petersburg Moose Lodge #1617.

Gary is survived by his brother, Mickey Heiple, and several nieces and nephews.

Gary’s family would like to thank his many friends for all their support.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Heiple; brother, Bill Heiple; sister, Bev Cockerham; and his parents.

In accordance with Gary’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation, and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
