Gary A. Siddons, 83, of Jasper, passed away surrounded by family at 1:48 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at home.

Gary was born in Washington, Ind., on September 14, 1942, to Bernard and Elizabeth (Walton) Siddons.
He married Marlene Helming on March 22, 1967, and she preceded him in death on October 12, 2022.
He retired as a mechanic for Ruxer Ford in Jasper, where he had worked for 40 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, the Jasper K of C, and the Jasper Outdoor Recreation.
Gary was an avid New York Jets fan and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by one daughter, Kimberly S. (companion William Herberer) Crays of Jasper; one son, Ronnie Gejkovich; three grandsons, Derik and Dylan Crays, and Justin Gejkovich; one granddaughter, Abbi Crays; one great-granddaughter, Layla Bailey; two sisters, Betty Jo Williams of Tell City and Mary Jane (Danny) Rottet of Oakland City; one brother, Dave Siddons of Huntingburg; one sister-in-law, Kathy Siddons of Arizona, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death, besides his wife, are one son, Michael Gejkovich and six brothers, Tom, Conrad, Gene, Bernard Jr., Jack Siddons and an infant, Glen Siddons.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Gary A. Siddons will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with entombment to follow in the Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum in Jasper.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the church on Monday.
