Freedom Bank promotes Tina Schmitt to executive vice-president

Freedom Bank announced that Vice President of Human Resources Tina Schmitt has been promoted to Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

Schmitt joined Freedom Bank in 1999 as a teller. In 2005, the bank’s management asked her to start the Internal Audit and Compliance Department. In 2017, Schmitt started Freedom Bank’s Human Resources Department.

During her time with Freedom Bank, she has repeatedly been entrusted with the bank’s most urgent and vital projects, and each time, she has delivered results that far exceeded what was required of her.

“Tina is truly invaluable to Freedom Bank. Her leadership, energy, and creativity elevate everyone around her. No matter how busy her day is, she always makes time for others, and her depth of knowledge and experience is unmatched,” said President Dakota Begle. “We are proud of Tina and thrilled to celebrate her well-deserved promotion to Executive Vice President.
