Fr. Angelo Quadrini, F.D.P., 83, of Boston, Mass., formerly of Jasper passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, in Naples, Fla., while visiting his brother, and sister-in-law.

After ordination, Fr. Angelo was assigned to the Diocese of London and Liverpool, England where he worked in homes operated by the Sons of Divine Providence as Delegate, Bursur and Councillor. In December 1994, Fr. Angelo was assigned to succeed Fr. Thadeus Sztuczko, F.D.P., as administrator of the Providence Home in Jasper. He served for approximately 20 years in the Diocese of Evansville as Superior of the Providence Home. Fr. Angelo celebrated his 50th Jubilee as a priest in Jasper, Indiana on February 10, 2015.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated in Boston, Massachusetts for Fr. Angelo and according to his wishes, he was buried in Castelliri, Italy, beside his parents.
There will be two Memorial Masses for Fr. Angelo in Jasper, Indiana. One will take place at the Cathedral Health Care, formerly Providence Home, Chapel at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018. The second will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2018.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dubois County Community Foundation Fund in the name of the Sons of Divine Providence or the Friends of the Grotto, or to a favorite charity.
