Former Governor Evan Bayh and Secretary of State candidate Beau Bayh to attend Dubois County Democratic Party Meet & Mingle

Jasper–The Dubois County Democratic Party invites residents from across Southern Indiana to attend its upcoming Meet & Mingle with Democratic Candidates on Saturday, September 26, at the Jasper VFW. The event will provide voters with a unique opportunity to meet Democratic candidates running for federal, state, county, and township offices, learn about their priorities, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations about issues affecting Dubois County and Indiana.

A special highlight of the evening will be former Indiana Governor Evan Bayh alongside his son, Beau Bayh, a Democratic candidate for Indiana Secretary of State. Hear firsthand about their vision for Indiana’s future.

The event goes beyond traditional campaign speeches. Candidates will introduce themselves, discuss the issues that matter most to them and their communities, and spend time interacting directly with attendees.

In addition to meeting candidates, guests can participate in a dessert auction and silent auction fundraiser, featuring donated items from local businesses and supporters. Refreshments will be available. All proceeds from donations, auction activities, and the event will support candidates and the Dubois County Democratic Party.

“We want this event to give voters a chance to meet candidates face-to-face, ask questions, share concerns, and build stronger connections within our community.”, party leadership said, “whether you are a longtime Democrat, an independent voter, or simply someone interested in learning more about the candidates, you are welcome to join us.”
