Forest Park Junior/Senior High School moves to hybrid schedule

Students at Forest Park Junior/Senior High School will move to a hybrid schedule beginning Thursday. They will stay on that schedule until December 18, the beginning of winter break.

These students will alternate between in-person instruction and virtual learning.

Students at Ferdinand Elementary, Pine Ridge Elementary, and Cedar Crest will continue their normal schedule.

The move is due to high numbers of COVID-19 cases and an increased number of close contacts, school officials said. Plans for the start of the second semester (including athletic and all extracurricular activities) will be communicated at a later date and will be dependent on current numbers as we approach January 4.
