Forest Park High School recently launched the Forest Park Athletic Council.

The inaugural class includes rising juniors Riley Hinson, Jaxon Lueken, Davin Pund, Haley Pund, Addison Schneider, and Geo Zalaya and rising senior members Elijah Brosmer, Hattie Dilger, Charlie Hasenour, Kiersten Hubbs, Emma LaGrange, and Reece Wolf.

These students will serve as a voice for student-athletes, promote sportsmanship, encourage school spirit, and assist at postseason events hosted by Forest Park. Members were nominated by coaches and staff at Forest Park High School.

“We wanted to create an opportunity for our student-athletes’ voices to be heard and give some input on some decisions we make as an athletic department,” said Athletic Director Tony Hasenour. “This will also provide additional leadership opportunities for these student-athletes as they interact with officials and athletes and adults from other schools.”
