The following food establishment inspection reports are from inspections conducted from Dec. 30, 2019 to Jan. 8, 2020.
Inspection results from the Dubois County Health Department are published publicly after the restaurants and food stores have had 10 days to respond. Violations are corrected on the day of the inspection unless otherwise noted.

Circle “A” Food Mart #105, Newton Street, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Circle “A” Food Mart #111, Lube Way, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Circle “A” Food Mart #115, U.S. 231, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Dollar General Store, 3rd Ave., Jasper — One noncritical violation: Several food or food serving items observed stored on the floor.
Ferdinand Processing, Inc., Ferdinand — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Holiday Foods #3, Ferdinand — Two critical violations: Observed deli employee put on gloves without washing hands prior; dust, dirt, mold buildup in juice milk units, wall/floors of deli, and ceiling tiles in produce area. Two noncritical violations — Failure to remove dead flies from dairy area; damaged walls/ceilings in produce storage area. (All repeat violations)
Mor For Less, Huntingburg — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Papa John’s Pizza, Jasper — One noncritical violation: Back door has rust and hole at the bottom of it. Also noted several cambro lids to be cracking and falling apart and the manager will replace them.
Sander Catering, Clay Street, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Schnitzelbank Restaurant, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Subway, N. Main Street, Huntingburg — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Sure Stay Plus, Wernsing Road, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Taqueria El Llano, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
Yamato, Jasper — Three critical violations: Observed raw beef being stored above ready-to-eat product; several items in double fridge in kitchen as well as in fridge and termpura breading observed to have no lids and there are multiple items on the floor in the walk-in; Both fridges in kitchen have built-up food and dirt (all repeat violations). Two noncritical violations: Floors and walls hoods in kitchen have built-up grease; Mold observed on top of wall beside ice machine (all repeat violations).
Taqueria Mobile, Jasper — No violations observed at the time of inspection.
