Ferdinand to host brainstorming and creative idea event in November
Ferdinand’s Entrepreneurship pillar of the Hometown Competitiveness Initiative is looking for any individual interested in starting a business or bring a creative idea into reality to attend an upcoming free sharing event.
The FHTC initiative is hosting a free brainstorming and creative idea-sharing event on Saturday, November 10, 2012, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Forest Park Jr./Sr. High School’s cafeteria.
The sharing session will begin with a free pancake breakfast—with a bit of a twist. Please join us for this exercise in teamwork and networking as we strive to build on our creative and entrepreneurial base.
The FHTC team is inviting any individual (regardless of age) that has an interest in starting a business or bring a creative idea into a reality. The Pillar also would like anyone with curiosity or a general interest in information about becoming an entrepreneur, developing a business plan, developing financial plans, developing legal applications, and other general entrepreneurial information to attend, as well.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear information from individuals who have developed successful business plans and also, then, successfully managed those businesses. The opportunity will also be there to share ideas about potential products or businesses with all in attendance.
This event is free and open to any individual that would like to attend. Registering, although not required, for the event is appreciated and can be done by emailing Marc Steczyk at msteczyk@ferdinandindiana.org.
