Ferdinand Folk Fest Family Fun Day; Enjoy reggae and root beer

Enjoy live reggae music, children’s activities and more on the lawn of St. Benedict’s Brew Works Saturday, June 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. EST.

Have a fun time with your family and friends celebrating a spring afternoon outdoors while supporting the ninth annual Ferdinand Folk Festival.

Enjoy

• artisan root beer floats
• activities for kids, including a family-friendly film beginning at 2 p.m. EST in brewery theatre (limit 40)
• the reggae music of Zion, a 2018 Ferdinand Folk Festival NextEra Energy Main Stage artist, from Evansville, IN
• the music of local performer Debbie Schuetter
• interactive percussion activity for kids, led by Southern Sirens drummer Kelsey Lee, from Louisville, KY
• pizza, pretzels, popcorn, and artisan beverages
• festival merchandise

Admission is $10 for adults and $3 for high school students/children and tickets can be purchased in advance at
https://squareup.com/store/saintbenedictsbrewworks/.  The Family Fun Day, Reggae and Root Beer, is a benefit to help keep the Ferdinand Folk Festival free. The event is hosted by the Ferdinand Folk Festival and Project ACORN committees and St. Benedict’s Brew Works.

Please bring lawn chairs or blankets. No coolers and/or drinks from home may be brought onto the premises, please. Dogs on leashes are welcomed. If you bring a small tent for shade, please place it in the very back of the lawn so that all patrons’ view of the stage is clear.
