Faye A. Lee, 73

Faye A. Lee, age 73, of Jasper, formerly of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 7:20 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born March 8, 1939 near Duff, Indiana to Emil and Linnie [Huntman] Baglen. Faye married Frank E. Lee on April 4, 1959 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Ferdinand. She was a retired factory worker employed by Executive Furniture; was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg and St. Mary’s Ladies Sodality; and attended Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper.
Faye loved her family, friends and neighbors and so enjoyed visiting with each of them. She cherished the longtime friends of her and her late husband. She was very thankful for her wonderful neighbors in both Huntingburg and Jasper.
She enjoyed reading romance and especially mystery books; enjoyed all types of flowers; and spent many years caring for her beautiful rose bushes. Faye’s children, grandchildren, “baby” brother, and beloved dog “Baby” were all a great source of joy in her life.
Faye was preceded in death by: her husband, Frank E. Lee, who died October 27, 2009; her mother, Linnie Baglen Byrd, who died August 18, 2001; her father, Emil Baglen, who died August 1, 1973; and her step father, Rural Byrd, who died December 23, 1979.
She is survived by:

One granddaughter,
- Kimberly Compton – Louisville, KY

- Adam Maffenbeier – Jasper, IN
and (1) step great grandson,
- Aidan Prepster – Bentonville, AR
Funeral services for Faye A. Lee will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery (Huntingburg).
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Wednesday. A parish vigil service will be held at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday afternoon, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Dubois County Humane Society.
