Explosions, gunfire near Anderson Valley church lead to two arrests Wednesday
Deputies arrested two men near Birdseye on felony counts of intimidation and criminal recklessness Wednesday.
According to authorities Damian McBride, 19 and Josh McBride, 39, both of 8042 South State Road 145, Birdseye, were arrested on felony warrants issued by the Dubois County Circuit Court. Both men face two counts of Level 5 felony intimidation, one count of Level 6 felony criminal recklessness and two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct for their alleged actions in front of the church service at Anderson Valley Christian Church this past Sunday.
According to police, the McBrides allegedly fired weapons and caused explosions on their property next to the Anderson Valley Christian Church.

Both men were lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
The sheriff department media release acknowledged that charges are merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
