Evonda Moore, 82, Dubois

Evonda Moore, 82, of Dubois, passed away June 26, 2025, at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare.

She was born in French Lick on Oct. 18, 1942, to George Everett and Edith (Lagenour) Self.

Evonda married Benjamin Jack Moore on March 26, 1972, and he preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Janice Rose Moore; brother, Norman Self and infant sister, Julia Jane Self.

She is survived by her son, Edward Hunter (Sheri) of Indianapolis; daughter, Kristi Brinkman (Jay) of Dubois; grandchildren, Adam Hunter, Trenton (Alli) Hunter, Haley (Zach) Neukam and Macie (Kolbe) Lowe; great-grandchildren, Rowyn and Sadie Neukam and Daisy Hunter; brothers, Danny Self (Rita) of Fla. and Nathan Self (Marsha) of Indianapolis; sisters, Georgeann Hunter of Fla., Cindy Stagner (Ray) of Indianapolis, and Becky Emberson (Allen) of Texas

A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Wininger Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
