Eunice Wallace Skelton, 91

Eunice Wallace Skelton, 91, of Beverly Hills, Florida, died August 26, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
One of nine children, Eunice was born July 31, 1923 in Cynthiana, Indiana, to the late Reverend Herman and Ada (Martin) Wallace.
Above all else, Eunice loved her Lord. She spent her life teaching bible study and researching the Word of God. In her 30-year working career she was an instructor of cosmetology for Tri-State Beauty College in Evansville, Indiana. Eunice was a creative knitter, a talented oil painter, and a published poet. She was an active member and deaconess of Beverly Hills Community Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her two children, C.C. & Linda Skelton of Colorado, and Ada and Russell Hollingsworth of Fla.; grandchildren, Melissa and Mark Lagoo of Georgia and Joshua and Kristin Skelton of Colorado; great grandchildren, Melissa & Mark McClead; and great-great grandchildren Aubrie and Alana McClead of Georgia; siblings, Ida West of Florida, and Norman dan Helen Wallace of Indiana; and by many loved nieces and nephews.
Euncie was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Clem Skelton.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., CST at the Selvin United Methodist Church in Selvin, Indiana.
Interment will follow at the Selvin Cemetery.
Eunice’s nephew, Reverend Doug Wallace, will conduct the services.
The Selvin United Methodist Church will provide a light luncheon following the graveside service. The doors of the church will open at 10:00 a.m., CST Saturday morning. Burial arrangements have been entrusted to Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg.
