Ethel Ruth (Hall) Flamion, 96, Huntingburg

Ethel Ruth (Hall) Flamion, 96, of Huntingburg, died on March 23 at the Waters of Huntingburg.
Ethel was born on Sept. 16, 1920, in Bristow, Indiana to Claude and Mildred (VanWinkle) Hall. She married Leonard Flamion on June 15, 1940. She was a member of the Dale United Methodist Church and worked as a cook starting at Dale High School and retiring from Heritage Hills High School.
She is survived by her children Gayle Lohman of Huntingburg, Pam (John) Niehaus of Washington, Debbie Flamion of Jasper, Randy (Lana) Flamion of Holland, and Danny (Victoria) Flamion of Huntingburg; 19 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; four great–great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard in 1996, a son Gary in 2013, a son in law Bill Lohman and her siblings Helen in infancy, Oscar Hall, Mary Wright, Bernadine Stephens, Maurice Hall, Bill Hall and Lois Dauby.
Funeral services are planned for Sunday, March 26, 2017, at 2 p.m. Central Time at the Dale United Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Dale Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. CDT on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Fuller Funeral Home in Dale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dale United Methodist Church or the Alzheimers Association.
