Esther A. Brenner, age 102, of Jasper, passed away at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2013 at Northwood Good Samaritan Retirement Community in Jasper, Indiana.
Esther was born in Dubois, Indiana on November 20, 1910 to John and Amelia (Stamm) Partenheimer. She married Hubert J. Brenner on June 19, 1954 in Jasper Indiana. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1993.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Jasper, the Trinity Women’s Guild, the AARP Chapter #1953, and the Retired Senior Volunteer’s Program.
She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, and volunteering for Trinity United Church of Christ.

Preceding her in death are three brothers, Charley, Edwin, and Johnny Partenheimer, one great grandson, Bo Dean Hall, and three step children, Cornelius Brenner, Betty Scherer, and Robert Brenner.
Funeral services for Esther Brenner will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday (July 16, 2013) at Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper. Pastor Jane Hillman will officiate.
Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday (July 15, 2013) at Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
