Eric M. Popp, 68

Eric M. Popp, age 68, passed away at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at Daviess County Hospital, Washington, Ind.

He was born on November 25, 1945 at Chicago, Ill., to Theodore and Hattie (Hardy) Popp.

Eric Popp was a Vietnam Veteran. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by daughter, Emi Donato and husband Michael, of Jasper; three grandchildren, Blaken Wamsley, Chicago, Ill., and Ashdon and Annie Donato, of Jasper; brothers, Victor Popp, John Popp, both of Chicago, Ill., and sister, Rose Popp, of Chandler, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Popp.

V.F.W. Post # 673 will conduct military rites at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
