Emil H. Fuhrman, age 79, of Jasper, passed away at 4:14 a.m. Tuesday (May 7, 2013) at The Timbers of Jasper.

Emil was born in Jasper, Indiana on September 5, 1933 to Elmer P. and Margaret (Braun) Fuhrman. He married Ellen Frady on March 27, 1965 in Frady United Methodist Church in Raglesville, Indiana.

Emil was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, and a retired farmer.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville.

Funeral services for Emil H. Fuhrman will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday (May 10, 2013) at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville, Indiana, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Pastor Charla Grieves will officiate.

Friends may call from 3:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday (May 9, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at the church.
