Dubois Strong, Mayors Terry Seitz and Denny Spinner, the Town of Ferdinand, and Vincennes University Jasper Invite You to “Economic Development 101: Tools for Success” Featuring State, Regional and National experts on Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Bonding, Abatements, Zoning/Planning and Redevelopment.

Presenters include Sue Beasley, Bingham Greenebaum Doll, Indianapolis; Gary Malone, Umbaugh & Associates, Indianapolis; Ed Curtin, former Executive Director of the Columbus, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission; developer’s representative Charles Van Slyke, Chicago; and Susan Reed, Indiana Municipal Power Agency, Indianapolis.

Sessions will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012. Attendees may choose from either of the two sessions:
