Dubois County Solid Wast recycles 10,300 lbs of tires

Over 10,500 lbs. of tires was recycled at the Dubois County Solid Waste District’s Tire Recycling Day on Monday, September 15th.

Residents from around the county brought in their tires to be recycled instead of being a fire hazard and a breeding area for disease-carrying mosquitoes on their properties.

The Process Center and office are located at 1103 South 350 West, just outside of Jasper.
