To sign up or for more information, contact Jay Fischer at 812-309-4196 or by email at admin@spf-football.org; or Eric Uebelhor at 812-639-9895 or ericjuebelhor@gmail.com.
All participants will sign a waiver and release forms. If under 18 years of age, will need a parent or guardian to sign waiver and release forms.
Participants should be at the park by 2 p.m. and the plunge begins at 3 p.m.
Tips for plunging:
- Bring a robe — great for putting on while waiting to go in and even better when you come out.
- Keep your feet covered until the last possible moment.
- Bring an extra towel or a blanket to stand on.
- Wear layer, loose fitting clothes — they’re easier to get into with cold fingers.
- NO DIVING or ENTERING THE WATER HEAD FIRST!
