Dubois County Museum announces 3rd Annual Photo Contest

The Dubois County Museum announces its third Annual Photo Contest. 

All amateur photographers are welcome to enter the contest. 

The contest theme is “Your Favorite Photo”.  Photos may be flowers, animals, landscapes, macro, etc.  Photos may be color or black and white. Categories this year are Youth, ages 5 to 17 and Adults, ages 18 and over.

To enter, please submit a framed 8 X 10 photograph to the Dubois County Museum either by bringing it to the Museum or mailing it to Dubois County Museum, 2704 N Newton Street, Jasper, IN 47546. Any questions, contact Kathy Bachman at 812-630-8696.

Photos must be taken by you. You may submit up to three photos. Minor editing allowed. Cropping, sharpness, color, etc. $5.00 entry fee per photo. No previous entries allowed.

Submit your entries from April 15 to April 30, 2026.

Photos will be on display for viewing and public voting from May 1 through June 1, 2026.  One voting ballot per person per day with paid admission or Museum pass. Cash prizes in each category will be awarded, along with a special judging award. Winners will be announced on June 2, 2026.

After the winners are announced, the photos will be on display till July 1.  All entered photos may be picked up at the Museum after that date.
