J.R.’s Bar, Clay Street, Jasper — One critical violation: Raw meat product observed to be stored above ready to eat product and also in walk-in cooler stored on kegs and bottles (repeat violation; corrected). One noncritical violation: There is no dedicated hand sink in the facility (repeat violation).
