China Garden, Industrial Park Road, Ferdinand — Two critical violations: Walk-in refrigerator had items without dates; multiple items in walk-in refrigerator without covers (both repeat violations). One noncritical violation: Food throughout facility is being stored in packages that are not suitable for food storage.

El Rinconcito LLC 600 E. 6th Street, Huntingburg — Three noncritical violations: Food in the white reach-in freezer had no labels; cardboard being used to line the bottom of the silver up-right refrigerator; food in white reach-in freezer being stored in containers not approved for food storage.
Fleig’s Café, Main Street, Ferdinand — No violations observed at time of inspection.

Jasper Skate Palace, 4th Avenue, Jasper — One noncritical violation: facility has no service sink (repeat violation).

Sunset Citgo, Third Avenue, Jasper — Two critical violations: Egg salad in walk-in refrigerator had no date; Ham salad & chicken salad had expired dates.
