Dubois County Democratic Party hosting Mary Allen, challenger to Mark Messmer’s congressional seat

The Dubois County Democratic Party will host Mary Allen, Evansville City Councilor and US House Candidate for the 8th District, at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23 at St. Benedict’s Brew Works, 126 Jackson St, Jasper.

This month’s meeting also features Deena Hubler, Director of Dubois County CASA. Deena will provide a brief overview of everything Dubois County CASA does to assist children in our community. Learn about CASA’s budgetary and organisational framework. Learn how you can help advocate for the best interests of children and provide psychologically safe spaces for them in a high-stress court environment.

Mary will then highlight why she is seeking to represent the 8th district, outline the goals of her 2026 campaign, and gather your input on how best to address the needs of our county and our neighbors. Let us help her bring people together, tackle real problems, and create more opportunities for the next generation.
