Dubois County Community Foundation announces recent grant awards
The Community Foundation awarded $59,500 in grants to support projects across Dubois County, addressing pressing local needs and enhancing the county’s quality of place.
Community of Celestine received a $15,500 grant for new welcome signage to increase tourism. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County ($12,000), Celestine Community IMPACT Fund ($3,500)
Dubois County Historical Society received a $10,000 grant for Rendezvous-Dubois County to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
Dubois County Young Life received a $10,000 grant for the El Salvador Expedition cross-cultural service experience. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
Friends of Jasper Public Library received a $10,000 grant for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
Jasper Fire Department received a $5,000 grant for Class A uniforms for all department members. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
St. Anthony Conservation Club received a $9,000 grant to upgrade its 3D archery targets. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County ($5,000), St. Anthony Community Endowment ($4,000)
