Dubois County Community Foundation announces $91k in grants

The Community Foundation awarded $91,791 in grants to support programs and projects across Dubois County.

Crisis Connection received a $7,469 grant for new office equipment essential to providing victim services. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County ($6,591) and Alan and Kay Smock Endowment ($878)

Fellowship of Christian Athletes received a $4,250 grant for its Dubois County Faith Night. Funded by: Community IMPACT Fund ($2,125) and The Fund for Dubois County ($2,125)

Next Step Recovery Home received a $58,180 grant for recovery home upgrades and to create a recovery pathway through a Community Corrections Recovery Pod. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County

Southern Indiana Resource Solutions (SIRS) received a $4,265 grant to enhance CPR and First Aid training resources and AED accessibility. Funded by: Special Needs Fund ($640) and Charles E. Sherman Special Needs Endowment ($3,625)

St. Mary’s Catholic Church (Huntingburg) received a $17,627 grant for a new church community playground. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County ($8,813.50) and Community IMPACT Fund ($8,813.50)
