Dubois County Community Foundation announces $33,659 in grants
The Community Foundation awarded $33,659 in grants to support programs and projects across Dubois County, made possible by The Fund for Dubois County.
Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County received a $25,000 grant for a new accessibility initiative to construct ADA-compliant ramps for individuals and households who need safer, easier access to their homes. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
ALASI (Association of Latin Americans in Southern Indiana) received a $4,450 grant for its Latino Health and Wellness Program, offering culturally relevant fitness and nutrition education. Funded by: Community IMPACT Fund
St. Peter UCC-Dubois received a $4,209 grant for a community garden project that will help address food insecurity in a rural food desert while promoting inclusion, learning and community connection. Funded by: The Fund for Dubois County
