Dr. Hopf earns theology degree at St Meinrad

Jasper native Steve Hopf, MD completed requirements for a Master of Arts in Theology degree at the Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology on May 10.

He practiced obstetrics and gynecology for twenty-five years and started Jasper Obstetrics and Gynecology with Scott Beckman, MD.

A member of St Joseph Catholic Church, he serves as a tour guide for the church and a client advocate at the Trotter House Lifeline Family Center, a local pregnancy resource center.

He is an assistant at Holy Family Scouting Troop 185.

Hopf resides in Jasper with his wife, Dana (Meyer), and is the son of Charlie and the late Linda Hopf.
