Dr. Geoffrey Day appointed to medical staff

Cardiologist Geoffrey Day, M.D. was recently appointed to the Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Dr. Day received his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. He completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at St. Vincent Health System in Indianapolis, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Day has joined the staff of Heartland Cardiology Associates – Drs. Lehmkuhler, Dawkins, and Leonard. The office is located at 440 Scott Rolen Drive in Jasper. For more information, please call 482-5656.
