Dr. Dahl appointed to Memorial Hospital medical staff
Washington — Family Physician Nick Dahl, D.O. was recently appointed to the Active Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.
He will continue to serve the Daviess County community at his current location in Washington, Indiana offering primary care services.
Dr. Dahl received his medical degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in family practice at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He previously served as Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Daviess Community Hospital, then went on to start his own family practice, Dahl Family Medicine, in 2013. Dr. Dahl is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Dahl is a native of southern Indiana, and he and his wife, Katie, reside in Washington. They have four children – Olivia, Dane, Caroline, and Denali.
