Donald R. Bair, 62

Donald R. Bair, age 62, passed away Tuesday (January 1, 2013) in Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born at Huntingburg, Indiana February 21, 1950 to Wilfred and Arnetta (Wolf) Bair. He married Patricia Young May 24, 1969 at St. Mary in Ireland, Indiana.

He graduated from Dubois High School Class of 68.

Don retired from Jasper Rubber Company in Jasper where he had worked for over twenty five years, he also was a sales representative for Pioneer Seed Corn Company and did farming in the Dubois Community.

His passions were his grandsons and his interests were auctions and flea markets.

He is a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Dubois.

Three grandsons, Justin and Jared Young and Michael Bair

Four sisters, Mrs. Bill (Shirley) Berger of Muncie, IN; JoAnn Elliott, Boonville, IN; Mrs. Michael (Donna) Friedman, Corydon, IN; and Mrs. Rick (Rhonda) Tedrow, Dubois, IN.

Two brothers, Jim Bair and Harold Bair of Dubois, IN.

He was preceded in death by one brother Larry Bair.

Funeral services for Donald Bair will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (January 5, 2013) in St. John Lutheran Church at the Dubois Crossroads with burial to follow at a later date. The Rev. Mary Poston will officiate.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday (January 4, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
