Donald Louis Bell, 70, of Duff, Indiana, passed away at 4:20 a.m., Friday, April 24, 2015 at his residence.

He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on July 31, 1944, to Guy Louis and Frances (Burke) Bell. He married Rehnea Lynn LaRue on June 29, 1984 in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Donald was a retired pest control professional with 40 years of experience and was known to his friends and customers as “Don the Bug Man”. Mr. Bell was a veteran of the United States Army; a lifetime member of the N.R.A.; an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed gardening and was a big part of Duff’s annual Fourth of July celebration.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Frances and Guy Bell.

He is survived by his wife, Rehnea Lynn Bell of Duff; two sons, Kevin Guy Bell and Keith Joseph Bell, both of Wheeling, W.V.; one daughter, Dawn Elizabeth Bell of Wheeling, W.V.; one sister, Janet Henry of Wheeling, W.V.; and four grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lydia, Noah and Jackson Bell all of Wheeling, W.V.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the Church of the Nazarene in Huntingburg.  Brother David Wayne Mathias will officiate.

Friends may call for visitation at the Church of the Nazarene from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday prior to the service.

Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
