Donald L. Sermersheim, 69, of New Bern, North Carolina, passed away January 30, 2019.

Donald was born August 7, 1949, in Jasper, to Louis and Ann Sermersheim.

Donald graduated from Jasper High School in 1967. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired from Craven College.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristi Sunshine of New Bern N.C.; companion, Barbara Lemon of Hudson Fla.; brothers, Ralph Sermersheim of Celestine and  Kit Sermersheim of Raleigh N.C.

Donald was proceeded in death by his parents, Louis and Ann Sermersheim; and brother, Dan Sermersheim
