Deputies seeking vehicle involved in bus incident

Update: The driver from the school bus crash has been located and interviewed. The investigation remains ongoing. The Sheriff’s Office received several tips that helped locate the individual.

Original: The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a pickup truck that caused a Southeast Dubois County School bus to go into a ditch.

The crash occurred on County Road 400 South between Bretzville and Huntingburg. There were students on the bus but there were no injuries.

The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to find the driver of a blue older model Chevrolet regular cab pickup that is reported to have been left of center which forced the bus into a ditch.
