Dennis J. Hasenour, 59

Dennis J. Hasenour, age 59 of Dubois, passed away at 3:30p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

Dennis was born on August 20, 1954 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Anthony J. and Clara (Seger) Hasenour.

Dennis, a lifetime farmer with his brother James, were owners and operators of Hasenour Bros. Farms in the Dubois and Celestine area.

He was a member of St. Celestine Catholic Church, and a member of the Dubois High School Class of 1972.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Hasenour, of Huntingburg, and Irene Van Kersen and her husband Philip, of Morehead, Ky.; two brothers, George Hasenour and his wife Patty and James Hasenour, both of Dubois; nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was his father, Anthony J. Hasenour who passed away in 1988, and his mother Clara (Seger) Hasenour who passed away in 1960.

Funeral services for Dennis Hasenour will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at St. Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine, Indiana, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 2:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.  The St. Celestine Parish will pray a rosary at 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
