Deaconess Memorial Medical Center welcomes Dr. Yearsley’s Primary Care Services

Jasper — Deaconess Memorial Medical Center will welcome Dr. Martha Yearsley’s primary care practice into its Deaconess Clinic network effective Sept. 25, 2026. The practice will become Deaconess Clinic Family Medicine – Dorbett Street, located at 1005 Dorbett Street in Jasper, Indiana.

The transition further strengthens Deaconess’ commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care close to home for patients in Jasper and throughout Dubois County.

Beginning Monday, October 5, the clinic will welcome patients with Astha Bhardwaj, MD, and Michaela Schuetter, NP, providing comprehensive family medicine and primary care services. Dr. Yearsley will continue to provide scheduled colonoscopies and current cardiac services at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center over the next year, helping support continuity of care for existing patients.

Dr. Bhardwaj returns to the Jasper community after previously completing her residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program – Jasper. She most recently practiced at Deaconess Clinic Downtown in Evansville, Indiana. Schuetter, a Jasper native, has provided primary care services in the community for several years.

The transition to Deaconess Clinic brings together providers with strong connections to the Jasper community and supports continued access to primary care services in the area.
